Cleaning jobs are mostly performed by solo cleaners. For bigger jobs, we send teams of 2 people. You must have reliable transportation to mobilize to the work sites.

Job Description

North Tejas Specialty Cleaning LLC is one of the fastest growing cleaning companies based near downtown Dallas with branch locations in North Dallas, Lewisville, Carrollton, Fairview and Grapevine.

As a Cleaning Technician you will provide cleaning services to our commercial and residential customers. Will follow customized cleaning checklist to meet client needs and preferences. Utilize our methods to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Listen to customers. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Pick your territory - You set the areas that you want to work. We have five offices in the Dallas / Fort Worth area with assigned markets.

Make great money! - $18/hour + TIPS to start during training (30 days). $25/hour + TIPS after 30 days. Paid mileage. Monthly performance bonus. Direct deposit. Paid day off on your birthday aft 1 year. Paid holidays after 1 year and Christmas bonuses.

Bi-Weekly payouts - Payroll are processed on a bi-weekly basis.

Qualifications:

· Detail-orientated & committed to delivering high-quality cleaning service.

· Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work both independently & as a team player.

· Good communication skills.

· Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right people.

What we're looking for:

Each qualified prospect will undergo a background screening. You must pass the screening process to be considered.

Your own means of getting to- and from- clients (on time!)
